Will This Amplifier work in my 97 Conti?

Im planning on getting a new amp for my 97 conti and the guy at the custom shop said i'd need a 4 channel amp but im not to sure about the specs i'd need only think i've changed with the audio is my pioneer head unit and the cd changer so would this amp work? if not what kind of specs would I need?
