Who's car is this?

It scrolled across the top and I cant find out who's it is. I like the lip on the front but it dont fit the LSE maybe a sport.

I just want to know "WTH" the lip is.

You like the lip? It's a hideous poor-fitting bolt-on piece of scrap.

You know what it looks like? The bottom 2" cut off of the original bumper, turned upside down and bolted on to the LSE bumper. It's aweful.

It looks awful on the LSE bumper but if it had some time taken into it it would look nice replacing the stock valance.

SO I still have never gotten a straigh answer outta this one, I want to do this so someone who has actually done it please state does it fit without alot of work? is it pretty time consuming to do?
