Which one is better?

Say Hite, are you getting rubbing marks on your AMSI intake from the hood liner ?

Hite, the engine bay didn't change; only the engine. There should be no reason your shield wouldn't fit a Gen2. Look at a picture of the two engine bays side by side.

Yes but the heat shield is designed to be bolted to the MAF housing. So I just have to leave those 4 holes undrilled and it fits fine? That sounds too easy

now you going to make more money thanks to my LSE Gen 2 haha:feedback

Thanks mex. Pm me your email address and I will send your payment back for helping me out. Anyone who has helped me has gotten a free heatshield so you shouldn't be any different.

To all Gen2 owners with the KKM intake....I will be posting these for sale very soon along with the one we developed for the Insys intake. Thanks again guys

One more thing mex...could you post a picture close up of the place where it bolts to the fender wall. I just want to see how well it bolts up. Thanks again

So you didn't trim the hole at all? In one pic it looks like it but om not sure. Also try to take off that bracket that held the factory air box and see if the hole in the heatshield will line up with the hole that holds the bracket to the fender. That's how it is designed to fit. I may have to modify it slightly to fit perfect.

its perfect the problem is not line up is because i try to move it with my hand a little bit to the left so you can see much better the hole and the adapter but is perfect line up no spaces
