Have to buy a 3.5" air filter for my other car, and can't find them reasonably priced anywhere

Local national chain sells one for $65 (
), ebay has them for $2, with $20 shipping to Canada.
Theres a spread across the board, and it's driving me nuts.
Should I just buy the $2 filter, pay $20 shipping - and take my chances on kwality? Or bite the bullet, buy the $65 filter that I know will be good?
