Well, after the nightmare was over. The wheels (18x8.5 +45 OS - Yokohama AVS ES100 245/40) finally showed up and I put some new HIDs in as well. Want to get thanks out to Unity & Calabrio one more time. Some will like, some won't. THAT'S LIFE!!!

Car looks fantastic, I would ditch the Cobra emblems for the Cobrastar emblems Geno sells though. And put them up higher on the fender, they are too low...
 
that car is SICK, one thing i hate, is the KU, haha MISSOU TIGERS 4 LIFE BIA. WHAT NOW!@

Last I heard they still weren't available from Geno. If they are then I would agree with you. But putting them higher looks wrong. I've seen them up higher and I think they look out of place. I think they look perfect were they are. Also, there are allot of people that don't like them on the car at all. With that said, to each their own. Right?

Now that you have the actuall wheels on the car....They look sharp!!! Very nice car! Keep it looking good.
 
Uh, yeah... That thing looks great!!!

I also think the cobras look perfect right where they are, right on the lower body line...

Dude, let it go..... I think they look like S%^t up high. As far as them being on backwards, I looked at other Mustangs before I put them on. I must have seen ones (Cobra's) that had the emblems facing incorrectly. I personally don't like them up high, Is that all right with you?
 
That is a very nice car, those rims fit the car really well. I'm jealous of all these nice Marks, mine is so bad right now. Your car is good inspiration, maybe someday mine will be that nice.

Thanks kustom for the kind words. Just pick one thing at a time to make better every week. As your money allows you to do. Just keep doing that and you will start to see the improvement. It sounds like your have the passion, so set your mind to it and you'll get there. Good luck.

Greg, you can keep your emblems that low, I could care less, just telling you my opinion that they are up higher on the fender in real world applications. Your 96LSC is still bad ass no matter where you have the emblems.
 
Well thank you for the kind words too.

I have a game plan to focus on getting the mechanical issues sorted out first. The only bad thing about that is the car won't look so great for a while. I just fell in love with these cars the first time I saw one and wanted on ever since. I think I will do better in the end buying a cheaper car that needs work and fixing it rather than buying a better one that will need all the same work, just a little further down the road.
 
The cobra looks fine and it is facing the right way, the first ones all had the snakes with the fangs facing the same way. And then later on they made left and right snakes. And by the way your taste in wheel and tire packages is on the money!

Thanks, I appreciate it. I saw them on other Marks up there and didn't care for it. On the Mustang they look right. But this car is obviously not a Mustang. I personally like them a bit more tucked away. Although I would like to get the Cobra Stars. Are they available now? Oh, I figured out the problem, I don't live in the real world. It's just a little to boring for me.:)

I bought the Cobra calipers of e-bay. I think it was $250.00 for the set. Rotors, $350.00. I had to pay extra to get them re-drilled for the mark. I got a good deal on the rims $275.00 normally $330.00 ea. and the tires were $135.00 ea. I highly recommend doing the brake conversion The difference is day and night. Worth every penny.
