wheel bolt pattern quick question!

will the rims off of my 2005 LSE fit on a 2002 Jaguar X-Type????

This is what I found from a quick google search:

Bolt Pattern: 5x108
Lug Thread: 12x1.5
Hub Center: 63.4
Front Offset: 34mm - 42mm
Rear Offset: 34mm - 42mm

and is that for the lincoln or the jag. i know our lincoln are 5x108 correct?

no prob. for reference, the offset on the LS is 60mm stock.
