whats the best alternator?

I have a 01 Lincoln Ls v6 Auto.My alternator went on it and wanted to know which new alternator would be best for it.I've been looking at Oem,motocraft,delco and nsa.Can anybody give me a suggestion on any of these or any new brands? Your help would be appeciated.Thanks.
 
Ahh I see you've had 5 posts. Who are you? Have you ever posted pics of your car here before?

That's funny. A guy names Kaos makes multiple posts of the same thing, causing chaos with the members. I just thought he had computer problems resulting in multiple posts being logged, and this board doesn't allow post deletes. I've had this problem before on other boards but those boards allow for post deletes by the poster so it wasn't an issue.
 
Sometimes you need chaos in your life to appeciate the good.After i posted i did try delete,but couldn't.So,i guess you'll have that.Didn't know that we had alot of men with skirts on this thing.Sorry ladies for the mutiple postings.Its all good.

Tmoney,to answer your question from before, just joined acouple of days ago and haven't put pictures on here yet.So,I'm just learning my way around.Again,my bad for the mutiple postings.Just had problems with my car and thought someone would give me some advice,that's all....
 
Now... I like how almost 20 posts in... and the question hasn't been answered but man they chopped you up and served you a dill butter sauce haha... No really though fellas, looking to upgrade my v8s alternator as apart of a restore project im doing... whats good these days?
 
You newbies are hopeless. Please search.. Even a google search can help.. A lot of tomes with google when you search for something ls related you'll get a link to a page here at LvC about the issue. Or use the search function at the time of the page.

Prophaci- really man there is a thread right here on the first page where someone has made a recommendation as for what kind they would go with.

Search search search and you won't have to deal with 20 posts and still no answer.
Btw proph- have we seen pics of your car on here before?

I'm just giving you a hard time because a lot of people join, and post alot of threads about already covered topics, and then once they've cluttered the thread pages with repeated topics, and they finally get what they want they leave and we never hear from them again. So if to you do plan to be a member throught the future just try searching a bit for your issue before posting a couple threads on the topic.. And usually we like to see people post a pic and talk about their car or them selves as there first post. Then we all say welcome.

So since you skipped that step I guess I'll just do it here, welcome.
 
Okay T-Money,I did look on the other website and gave me some advice.But just wanted to get an 2nd opinion from someone who has the same type of car and would know which ones not to buy.Thats all.But will do so...I plan on being on here alot and also going to do alot of upgrades on my Ls.I didn't take any pictures of my car,but will put them on here once i do.Thanks man for the advice.Again,MY BAD PEOPLE!!!!!
