what to try next

so last year I was getting 14.5 ish at the track.
with gears, exhaust, intake, coil packs and plugs and wires

early this year I added a nitrous kit and a mail order chip and got a best of 13.6 with a 100 shot

after that it just wouldnt run the same. it would cut out top end. so I had to keep gettin gout of it. couldnt brake 15's
I changed the injectors and the FPR and up graded to a 255 lph pump.
its running better no more cutting out top end but I still cant get better than a 14.5.
I know I need a proper tune but I dont have the cash right now to to get it done and probably wont this season.

any Ideas as to were my lost time is and what I can try changing?
the fuel fllter is only a year old. but I was thinking of that an maby the O2 sensors because they as far as I know are still the origonal ones.
any one else have any other ideas

yeah. it dosnt make any sence.
the car runs great, no smoke no funny idle. feels really strong on the street. and its doing burn outs on the drag radials better then ever before. its just not making the times it should be. I'm gonna try and get it data logged next time I'm running down the track. maby that can tell me something. cuz I'm out of ideas

Yeah...i figured you fried some piston rings...but if your not burning oil...hmmm...same track your running at when you made that 13.** run?

yeah same track.
its not rings or valves cuz I did a compression test and it was okay across the board.

whats it run off the spray? it could posibly not be spraying, or leaking out somewhere. another thing to try at the track is as soon as you cross the finish line, cut the car off, coast to where its safe and out of the way and pull a plug to see how its running.

i didnt try with out the spray the last time I was there. but I use a WOT trigger and only launch at part throttle (easyer on the drive line) and you can feel the nitrous kick in. also checked for leaks and couldnt find any. I'm gonna get it data logged and see whats up

are you running using the same tank? or are you swapping tanks out every run?

no same bottle I dont ever run enough to empty it.
when I got the 13.6 I had about 5 or 6 passes on the bottle.
my 14.5 last friday had maby 4

Are your IMRC's functioning correctly?

That would explain a huge loss in power for no reason if they weren't opening...
