what spark plugs do you recommend?

Resurrected an old thread to get a question answered.

I have a question as to what the OEM plugs are? Iridium or Platinum? I've been looking around for plugs and I'm seeing both Iridium and Platinum listed for the LS V8 on websites...
I've been looking for NGK plugs and they come in both as well as Denso plugs.

Any help would be great.

Factory plugs are NGK platinum.

Really? I thought they were autolites.. Since that was OEM for most Ford products..

The plug says NGK on on side and Motorcraft on the other.

Ahhh.. Gotcha.. Mine had all kind of miss matched plugs when I did the valve cover gaskets, plugs, and coils but were all autolites.. B@$!@#&s!

Now idk what kind of plugs to buy, pulstar looks like a huge rip off, NGK iridium sounds good but I am very curious in denso iridium, or are they the same?

been running Bosch Platinums for..2 years now. No issues at all.

now at 3.5 years...no issues at all still.
