What size must photo be to post?

I need help locating a particular wheel style for my '03 Lincoln. I want to post a picture of my wheels so you can see what I'm looking for but don't know what size the picture must be. I read a sticky posted in 2004, I think, that said pictures must be a particular size to post but it didn't say what size. Also, can you recommend an image resizer? Thanks.

If you want to upload through lvc then it has to be pretty small. Its best just to make an account with an image hosting site like photobucket or something similar and just paste the link of the picture in your post once you have uploaded the picture there.

I use tinypic.com, free, doesn't need an account, and after upload gives you link to paste in for forums and message boards.

no account needed and provides links after uploads as well.
