What should I do?

My 93 was on springs, my 97 is on air....like a Mark is supposed to be.

Air ride FTMFW.

Springs are for t-birds

Springs are for people who want less maintainence, cost, and failure. If your air-ride works, good, if not, and you wanna chuck your cash into a hole go for it.

Air is for the rich, marks are for those who wish they were. I say that in fun, but many people only want a Mark because it is a car they can afford that has high value per dollar and is fun fwiw. Fixing air-ride to be a purist is a waste of time when you consider the value, and purpose of the car, especially if you do stop being worried about t-bird comparos and put a aftermarket t-bird suspension setup in. Air-ride is overated seriously, unless you carry a crapload of stuff, or people. Marks don't ride that great stock and for the most part handle like boiled noodles, so I don't even wanna hear how great air is over coils in quality and handling. I can't see why people hate on tbirds and use them to compare negatively. A mark is a t-bird in lingerie and with a boob job, it's the same girl with more fun and good looks.

Tell us that after you have an ASHAM 8, Module 8, Rays switch, fast bag setup, etc.

Oh wait, you can't do that with coils. :p

I have a Module 8 sitting next to my tools waiting for me to install it. Just been to lazy to want to bend and twist under the dash but I just picked up an auto start from a friends shop and I'll prolly do em both when it get a lil nicer out

I'm not trying to get mad, or hate on anyones preferences, so please, don't take this as some sort of rebuttal I'm just saying my peace.

I can build the handling improvements into my car cheaper with coil based mods... I don't care about raising and lowering, stock sensor lowering is a neat gimmick, and modding and fast bags are a cool hobby for those who are into it, I'm not hating on AFTERMARKET air-ride or anything. I don't even care if you love stock air-ride, but don't come piss in the cheerios just to spew pro-airride BS. People suggest a good affordable permanent repair and air-ride lovers come in and cry. We are talking stock parts, and mods that are only an increase in durability, springs>replacing air-ride any day.
