I could prob. search, but well lets see what comes up.

First, are there any quick, easy or simply cheap mods that I can do to the car? Either performance or anything really.

What are some good mods so far after a few days this is my list
-I love the look of the angel eyes
-must tint windows, (if only I still lived in FL!! where it was legal)
-paint brake calipers (looks cool i think...maybe)
-thinking about air intake
-white face gauges

But you are all the experts. Take me by the hand and show me the way!!

you can still tint the back windows! i did mine. :)

spend the money on speed centric mods first would be my opinion. Nothing like a better kick in the seat of your pants or skirt depending on your tastes or gender. :)

suggestions?
Best bang for the buck?

IIRC the cold air intake was the best dollar for dollar but I the PCM tune was a close second. I would probably do the CAI first any way just to open up the air flow. If you are a DIYer you can put together your own CAI kit including intake tube. LLSOC sells a stainless steel tube kit but I really think it is priced about 200 bux too much.

The sctflash tool can reprogram the pcm but I would recommend finding a local shop to work with so you can get your tunes tweaked faster and dyno'd at the same time. It can be a drawn out process otherwise.

surfjax might be able to help with the cone. I have not bought mine yet. I am fabricating my tube out of plexi. I have some links back home to a site where I bought my tubing from. You will need a heat source to bend the tubing though. I have a self made heating element that I use but I first started by using an iron covered with a towel.

I wont be able ot post the links till sunday. I a stuck in detroit right now and wont get home till midnight and have a busy family day tomorrow. You might try looking up some local sources for tubing in your area. Most will even bend a cut for you for a nominal fee.
