As far as color options what color would match, I am also looking for the plastic part that's located by the "fuel" "reset" etc controls. The plastic mount is broke . Also looking for a rear right shock as it squeeks over bumps image.jpg

You paint color code is on a sticker that you can read when you open the driver's door. You can also get it from your VIN. Enter it here:

Are you talking about the center vent panel being broken (not uncommon)? If so, you are in luck, it's may still be available.

Holy effing sh!t, I think that's the first or one of the first times I've ever seen Joe make a joke.

What could be cause of my car kind of stuttering once I rev it to 3000rpm? The car kinda jumps like it's not getting the right amount of gas

try placing the car right side up, then retry. May not be getting enough fuel, pumps sucking air.

Joking aside, it the rev limiter you are hitting at 3K while in Park or Neutral, shouldn't do it while in the drive gears.

if it does your looking at replacing coils and plugs, intake breather element and fuel filter. Always run 91+ in the tank.

~ download the Owners Manual from the Tech Articles in the top nav menu bar and read about your new ride.

thats easy...

its not getting the right amount of gas, there is a rev limiter in P, R, and N that cuts the fuel above 3k RPMs.

its not really that uncommon, however, they do slide by unnoticed a lot of the time.

^ in R aswell Loud1?

I had always wondered about that, never did come across it in my readings.

~ you think that's what was going on here in my vid at the 2:32 mark ?

I couldn't remember if I was teasing the pedal or something.

yes also in reverse (found that out the first time I got it stuck in the winter lol), that is almost exactly what it sounds like(well at least with a 1st gen, a 2nd gen will just smoothly rev up to the limit and sit there steady...), its kinda hard to tell because you got off it right after the limiter was hit (seems a little too fast for someone working the pedal)

My car starts bucking at 3000rpm

Yes, in Neutral, Park and Reverse but not in the Drive forward gears, correct?
if so it's normal, it's called a Rev limiter, it's build by design like that so you won't harm your motor by over revving the snot out of it.
you can choose to remove it or raise the limit with a custom tune.

If yours starts that behaviour in the forward gears, you have a different problem known as misfires which will burn out your CATs quickly.

P1039 code scanned at oreillys I think I do need new cats they want 44.99 for one coil when I get can 8 for 29.99 i changed 5 of 8 spark plugs tonight gonna do rest n am

^ Misfire Detection Monitor Not enabled

Possible Camshaft Position sensor failure but they are not that common on the LS,
More likely RFI noise from one or more marginal/failing COP, I'd start by replacing all coils with the stock OEM's and some fresh plugs gapped correctly. Up to you if you want to put cheap COPs in but it's ill advised by many, they'll fail quickly again. Also check for water or oil down in the plug wells, if there is oil evident you'll need to do the VGC, specifically the inside plug well rings.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's misfiring on #2 and/or #8 ... and your Cats are done or partly clogged already.

well since it has been mentioned a few times without being answered, I'll just outright ask it...

the bucking is happening when you are in drive and going forward right?

tried twice myself, OP does not want to be helped.
