....if the Lincoln Mark VII was a fox body, same as the Mustang couldn't you put a Lincoln air ride system into a fox body Mustang?

ummm, i believe the front strut mounts differently? or something that made it difficult to put mustang suspension in a mark vii, so i can assume going the other way would also have its complications.

also, there would be no air compressor or height sensors, so they would have to be moved over / custom fabricated.

I was just day dreaming at work lol...i figured there would be some fab work involved. I checked it out and the part nos on the struts are the same as a mustang so it could work.

Your reference is incorrect; the struts are different for the Mark VII.
