Well, over the weekend I replaced the PCV valve elbow hose that is buried underneath the intake. It was a real PITA, but then again it wasn't that hard. I guess the big PITA part is that you shouldn't have to disassemble the top of your engine to replace a PCV valve hose! The hose was completely collapsed and then got a hole in it. I had the both banks running lean codes (0173 & 0174 I think?) After I replaced this, I cleared the codes with my reader and have been code free. It had gotten to the point that it was dying while idling. :)

I also replaced the passenger front door regulator. As usual the 50 cent piece of plastic broke forcing me to buy a $150 regulator assembly. This is by far the easiest time I've ever had replacing a regulator assembly in any car. I love the way the door is built with the big silver plate that is removable. This was a piece of cake. I did however put everything back together and then see the sound proofing/vapor barrier laying on my trunk when I went to put up my tools! Taking it all apart and putting that back on wasn't too bad though!

I did this from 10am to 2pm in my carport. Fortunately, even though it has been around 30 degrees at night, it was 75 degrees at 1pm the day I did this! (I looked at the 10 day forecast last weekend and decided to wait for this nice day!)

That's all nice, but did you get your Christmas lights hung? I was first on my street, baby!!

Wimp.

I'm going high-tech this year! I ordered all new LED exterior lights, and LED light-sensitive candles. Woo hoo!

I can see all your neighbors wearing sunglasses at night to look at your house! ;)
Just kidding. I just haven't put my lights up yet.
