There are some things I really dont like about Texas law. This is not one of those things

Trying to find the humor. I promise I am.
Just saying, if he were to try to shoot someone for stealing his stuff, the media is quick to jump on a "racially motivated" or "hate crime" bandwagon if the suspect is a minority. Wasn't really meant to be funny, just saying that there are a number of other social factors that will come into play.
Black people shoot black people all day long.
But when its a half-mexican guy who shoots a black teen Al Sharpton and everyone gets crazy. I like how they posted a mugshot of zimmerman and a pic of treyvon when he was 11 years old.
The new pics show zimmerman in a suit and treyvon with gold teeth looking like a thug. Im far from racist as im hispanic myself and grew up speaking spanish in a white part of texas but theres a lot to the case that we dont know.
Since you have tint, hide inside of it with a Smith & Wesson. Rinse and repeat until the burglary stops.

well aint you lucky, here in Michigan, you cant use a gun to protect property, only if your life is in danger.
cant you also still challenge a guy to a dual if he says something disrespectful in the good old lone star state?

I will let the man(Zimmerman) have his due day in court before I respond with my thoughts. He is entitled to that. However, I will say, the tapes of him to 911 do not provide him giving any reason for him suspecting the teen of of any implicating behavior. Only that be appeared to be up to no good and appeared to be Black. Not sure that information was worthy of a call to 911.
But as far as a bandwagon, I see your opinion and it is valid as can be. But, at times, if the crime fits....the term is applicable(not saying the Zimmerman case is but not saying there are not some racially biased factors that played into it either based on his history of past 911 calls and the component of those calls seemingly to show a pattern of those calls surrounding his concerns over primarily minority behavior).
