Water swishing around Sound?

I hear water swishing around in front under the wipers after it rains? Is there a plug or something that needs to be opened because water is trapped?

water coming down off the windshield and is probably pooling up for some reason (in the engine bay).

do you clean there often?

drains might be clogged open the hood, look around te plastic cowl to try to find the drains. they clog with leaves and other debris.
