Water leaking in

We got alot of rain here yesterday and I noticed the LS got some water in it. It came in on the passenger side up by the door and windshield. Came in the pillar area and then ran down the inside of the pillar and then soaked thru the cloth and dripped on the floor mat.
Anyone else had this problem? I'm wondering if the seal wasn't pushed in there just perfectly because the seal and metal rain gutter look to be the same on pass and driver side.
Any comments or help?

Check all the seals (I think there are 3 on each door). Any small debris or dirt caught in the seal can cause a leak.
