I have had this happen a few times over the past year or so, but if I park my car at any angle other than flat, and it rains I get water in my passenger side floor board. I went outside after seeing a movie tonight and there was about a half inch of water in the front corner of the carpet. It was dripping from the a/c box.

Is there a cowl drain or anything that might be backed up and having the water drip back in thru the outside air inlet? The car does not have a sunroof btw.

Thanks

And wait till your blower motor gets some of that water. Remove the cowl. Under the cowl is a weather strip it might have come lose or needs replaced. That's what is letting in water

I have a 93 with the same problem. Water in the right, front carpet. Rear is down and front is up. Has not done this till I moved it, been sitting flat for 6 years.

checked it today after a huge rain. it is dripping from the door in front of the blower motor. Pulled the right side cover under the wiper arm. With a mirror I can see some water pooled at the back of the intake (has a screen in it). That has to be where it is coming in. Never had this problem until I started working on it and the air ride was flat in the rear, up in the front. Can't access the back of that to reseal.
