Water in the trunk?

Hey all, been raining quite a bit in florida lately, nice day wanted to detail out my trunck (I know kind of anal huh) but pulled out the insert and I bet 2-3" of water was in the trunk around the spare? Gasket around the trunk looked good? any ideas?

moon roof drain tubes, you messed around with the moor roof and probably damaged a tube, the rear drain tubes run from the channel of the moonroof down inside the truck in the rear quarters and dumpout through the rear wheel wells, but if you knocked a tube off the moonroof frame or punctured a hole in one by accident thats where the water is going, into your trunk.
