Water and Antifreeze on the ground.

Was letting my 95 LSC warm up a little before I pulled out for the vintage cars races in the Kent WA, and I looked down and saw oil and antifreeze puddling on the ground. Now that is not supposed to happen. Guess another opportunity. I forget what this part was that leeks antifreeze and oil filter area. Can someone remind me of what the gasket is.

here's a very thorough how-to, sounds like you may be just concerned with the ofa gask parts of this; you'll need long extensions and wobbly sockets.

Ok, just got everything struck and ready to put everything back together. I have one questions about the Oil Pressure Sender and Switch. Can oil leak from this. Looks like this has never been changed and I can't tell that it is leaking but since I have everything down I think I should replace this. Your thoughts.

yes. bad oil pressure senders have killed cars in the past. they are cheap, so if you have any doubt, change it.

use teflon tape, do not over tighten.

Yes, just snug it. If you over tighten it you could put a hairline crack in the adapter.

Wow, I didn't know that it could do that big of damage. Also, how many times would you say that you replace the oil filter adapter gasket?

75-100k or so.

Well, that would make sense because I replaced it when the car went over 100k and now I am doing it again at 232000.

I've had to replace 2 op sensors in the past year. And when they leak, they gush! I have a great mechanIc!

Well, after a few hours on my back I finally got everything back together. I am so glad I installed a new oil pressure sender and switch, now no runs, leaks or errors. Thanks again for all you help.
