Yea, good ol' JD got me trashed last night, I completely spaced and forgot I was on for a 48hr shift starting at 8am Tuesday morning tho, started out with a hangover.. Not fun.
the secret is, Pedialyte, taste like sh!t, but does the trick. i like to buy the frozen pops and have a couple before bed on the nights that i have a couple too many and need to do stuff the next day.
My trick is to slam a couple glasses of water before bed. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I'll drink another glass. Then in the morning, it a gatorade and some alka seltzer.
