03 E350 w engine removed had nasty rod knock

06 lincoln limo doing suspension work

actually not all that bad they have very tick frames so u can get them quite easy

Dear God man! How do they get so gunked up? I did a valve cover gasket on my '94 F-150 that had 220K-mi at the time and the top of the head was just a nice golden brown color. No sludge or film. I never could figure out how an engine could get so munged up.

not changing your oil on time will do that in no time, i had to remove the oil pan and clean the pick up screen which was completely clogged and the car would knock once it reached running temperature.
