They are only "7.5 wide. So maybe 235/45/18 at the most would look right.

I have 18X7.5, 45 offset MB wheels on my wife's LS. I'm running 245/45s and they look just fine. I will have to go with a 255 on the O-Z wheels on my LS. The 245s aren't wide enough.
