Very upset with Parts Geek

So I returned my LS (Dorman) Coolant reservoir tank that I bought from them over 2 months ago and I have not heard back from them. I've called and after being on hold for several minutes they just hang up on me. I've emailed and they tell me that they don't handle matters with the "processing center".

I've been waiting a couple of months to get my money back so I can jsut buy it from one of our vendors here and buy an OE. Does anyone know a point of contact or is that how they are? I am very pissed. It's $70 bucks!!!!

Challenge the charge on your credit card, if you bought it on CC. Tell them you returned the part and they haven't credited you in 60 days.
