Vcg help

in the middle of doin vcgs plugs n cops have a "oil tube o ring" and not sure where or which side it goes? plz help

oil tube ring is part of vcg from amazon
only gasket unaccounted for and can't figure out use for it

ya me neither but parts from felpro are as follows:
50724 valve cover left
50725 valve cover right
95530 valve cover grommets
?96938 oil tub o ring?
96948 valve cover rubber seal
96949 spark plug tube seal

I know nelliott500 just installed that same VCG set. Maybe he could glean some insight on that piece

Is it the right size for the oil fill tube?

It might be the oring for the VCT sensor on gen II's....yours is a gen one correct? So it goes unused.

not its smaller than all other rings... i know weird

yes im a gen 1, i assumed its unused also

I think I had an extra when I did mine also. I assumed it was for the dipstick tube and didnt use it.
