I just found a company that sells silicone vacuum lines in several colors and want to order some to spruce up under the hood. Does anyone know what size the lines are, and how difficult this is?

You can get a generic set from Pep Boys, etc. It has 3 different diameters and comes in blue, red or yellow. Issues I had were with the smaller molded hoses-can't replace those with generic silicone. They kink. Clamps are all a different size, so all new clamps are required. I bought an assortment of clamps at the same time I bought the lines. These hoses are for vacuum only, and not for hot water or fuel.
If you can find a set specifically for the Mark, including molded hoses, that would be cool.

If you're trying to squirt coolant thru a vac line, you've got bigger issues than clamps.
When I redid mine, I got a case of the vac connectors and a roll of black vac line, I've been saving all the straight stainless vac pipes from all my previous cars and some from JYs, and just made my own routing that looked neat and tidy.
