Okay I need to know the difference in the HID bulb and ballasts that Ford used for our Marks and what about AC or DC? Also does this mean anything to anybody, d2s or d2r?

I don't remember if it's AC or DC. Whatever it standard on newer cars and aftermarket kits the original Mark stuff is the opposite. The bulb is a 9500, nothing like newer bulbs. Any retrofit of newer style bulbs will require different ballasts and some kind of adapter to mount the bulbs in the housings.
