It claims to be a direct plug in replacement for the cd changers used in '95+ Lincolns and I'm sure they have a system for Cadillacs too.

Hey that's pretty cool you can get 400 CDs' on it and access them by voice

Yeah, but you don't have them junking up the car getting all scratched up, no more changer jams, and you can go right to anyone you want with out popping the trunk and messing around.
