hey guys i just got my vcg, coils, and spark plugs done on my ls here are some pics of the old parts also do u guys think i should replace my cats just because i got all this done

I wouldn't think so. The only reason they would need to be replaced is if they were clogged. You would notice the power loss.

Do you smell a "rotten egg" smell when your car is running. Throw any emission system codes? Drive for a significant amount of time with misfires?

Those pics are results of bad VCGs leaking oil. Again I see no other reasons to add to your repair bill.
