I've got this problem with my car at the moment........haven't had time to take it in yet, but was wondering what you all that about this. Any techs out there that know anything about this or what I should do? Thanks a lot.

This article only applies to vehicles equipped with Advance Trac vehicle stability control system. Vehicles equipped with Advance Trac can be identified by the letters ATS on the traction assist cancel switch located on the center console.
ISSUE
An intermittent "popping" noise coming from the brake pedal area under normal driving conditions, with possibly movement of the brake pedal, may occur on some vehicles. This may be due to a strategy concern within the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) of the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) and Advance Trac System.
ACTION
Replace the Anti-lock Brake/Advance Trac ECU with the revised ECU. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.
