Does anyone have a magic list or something of any parts that can be used off of a 2000 going into an 06 LSE ? Aside from the coolant bottle.

I wouldn't reuse the degas tank from a 2000 unless you very recently replaced it.

I just put a new bottle in right before the motor blew. My last one had the infamous ls coolant bottle crack !
Thanks Pektel I didn't think of that. I had just put new brake lines, pads, rotors and calipers on all 4 wheels. But they're 16" wheels. My 06 has 17s so I don't think I can swap them.

Sure you can swap them. The 16's just have taller tires. If you are just pulling parts, take the 16's and put snow tires on them if you are in an area that sees winter.
