ok so ive always liked the looks of yellow fog lights. but i would go through them all the time cus the yellow would wear off. so i was talking to this guy at a show on sunday who owns a evo 8, and he told me of a glass stain he used on his so he wouldnt have to buy bulbs all the time. i tried it and it works out good. the lenses look a lil orange in the day but if u do it, u dont gotta do that many coats. i will be redoing them but this was a trial run. pics at myspace.com/lincnasty the album is the panty dropper haha go figure.;)

You could always try the film stuff that's out there.

Found this place: http://www.decalfx.com/yellow_headlight_film.html

They already have pre-cut headlight/fog light films for the 03-06 LS. Plus, they have red film so us 03+ guys can have all red tails, too.

May wind up doing smoked headlights/fogs and red tails in the spring time.

So yellow fog lights wear out? what does this mean exactly.. i like the look of it but i dont really wanna put in tint on the fog light itself.. plus whats the difference between my 20 dollar nokya yellows vs the 50 even 80 dollar ones ive seen? as far as i know they use same amount of wattage and same size bulb. on a side note i might just go HID's down there.. i realy like visibility and function of my fog lights so i wanna up the annty... for sure just gonna get the 80-110 dollar one though.

i had the nokya yellow bulbs and the luminics yellow bulbs and the yellow actually wears off and the bulb

I think you may have had some defective bulbs there. I ran the Nokya Yellow bulbs in my fog lights for well over a year and they were just as yellow when I sold the car as the day I put them in.
