I have a 92 sedan deville i took the car to get new tires at farm and fleet they didnt tighten the right front wheel and it fell off now my trans went out could this be connected.

It depends on how extensive the damage was from the wheel falling off. Get a second opinion from a mechanic of your choice, preferably someone you know/trust. Good Luck.
