Hey everyone,
Last time I was home I took the car for a drive and realized that the transmission light is on. A few weeks prior I noticed that it felt like that car was stuttering under even the lightest of acceleration. I was just curious as to whether anyone has experienced this before.

As much as I appreciate that search response for an answer when attempted to do a search for some reason the function wasn't working correctly. Believe me I search before I ask, so if I've asked it's for one of two reasons A) I couldn't find it
B) The function just wasn't working at the time
(This situation being the latter)
Sorry if this came off as snobbish but I barely post because I usually find anything that I need to know through the search utility so I won't have to get a response such as this.

thats fine. so here you go, most likely you are experiencing a misfire. usually due to either wear and tear on ignition coils or spark plugs, or leaky valve cover gasket allowing for oil or water to enter the plug wells or ignition coils. might as well replace all of it anywyas, spark plugs, coils, and vcg.

try searching "misfire" and if the feature is working correctly you should learn plenty.
