Transmission questions

I have a 2000 v8 ls and I was wondering what does the tranny feelike if a solenoid goes out? Also if you lose 3rd and 4th cuz ofthe spring that breaks what are the symptoms ?
Last is why would the car hesitate and feel like the tranny isn't getting the power from the engine when you floor it but works fine if u drive normal.

solenoid going out will make the tranny "hit" when it shifts. It's not pleasant. Your tranny could also be slipping but if you feel like it not responding and doesn't have all it's power when you get on it, it could be coils. Does it stutter at idle? Cruising? or when you need quick, hard response?

It's fine at idle and driving normal only when I get on it is when it feels like that but I had it scanned and hooked up to a computer and the guy watched it and coils are fine.

Unless he hooked an oscilloscope to each coil (one at a time), then you don't know that your coils are good, only that they haven't failed completely. LS coils become marginal long before they fail completely. It's difficult and involved to correctly test them.

Your first list of codes had some that were transmission related, but first you need to find and correct the low voltage issues. You may have to check all the major electrical junctions, as well as the charging system. If you attack other problems first, you may be just wasting your time.
