whats up fellow mark VIII owners
ok this is were im standing with the transmission issue i know its the 1-2 accum. and i called max its 120.00 with shipping EVERYTHING ok . know if i replace all this and add a new tc and the mercon V fliud ill be fine correct ? or will all the simtims com back? or would i be better off getting a 01 trans and swapping that over and usinge mercon v in that what do u all think?

If the trans is causing it, yes it should go away - but you also mentioned some signs that it may be ignition.

In essence, replacing these parts and fluids is a good thing no matter what and should be done BEFORE it fails outright.

If the shudder is still there, it could be coil pack or wires.
