Transmission Question - What fits the LS

I searched but can't seem to find an answer. I have an 03 so I have the 5r55s trans. What's the deal with the bolt patterns on these compared to the 5r55s they put into Mustangs? I know a lot of mustangs around the same time and even later used a version of the 5r55s. Are any of them interchangeable?

From what I know the internals are swappable.

Dont know. The bellhousing is unique to this engine i believe.
