Transmission Flush

My 2000 V8 has about 65k miles on it right now and the transmission seems a little less smooth than usual. Is this about a good time to flush the transmission fluid?

Mine was flushed at 30k miles and at 60k miles. Now has 92k miles and haven't flushed it since. I'm thinking about having it done at 100k. The 30k mile flush was done under warranty because it was required to be maintenanced at 30k and they did a number of things, this being one. The shifts my trans makes are very smooth, can't even feel the 4-5 shift. Just my 2 cents

Had mine flushed at my local Ford dealership for the first time at around 75k miles. I plan to keep the car 3 more years or no more than 150k miles, so that will be the only time I have it flushed/maintenanced. Running perfectly before and after the flush.
