Sorry to you guys that sent me your e-mails, I think this is a better place for it, openly downloadable and what not now. Direct from the Ford Service Manual for a 2002 LS V8, this procedure is a generic transmission that applies to all automatic transmissions without a drain plug.
Transmission Flush & Refill w/o drain plug present.
Format: Word 2003 (.doc)
Quick Note: While flushing, take the extra 10 minutes to change the transmission filter and gasket. You can get a kit with filter and gasket with 6 quarts of fluid at Napa for ~$38
