I just put a drain plug in mine not too long ago. It's so nice being able to change the fluid/filter without worrying about all the mess.

ok i ordered the Uhaul pan today from max at five star ford. when i do this how many quarts of trans fluid do i need now. im doing a complete drain so i have 13 now.

If everything is completely drained, 12 quarts should have it where you want it.

ok thanks. ive got one more question. is there any shift kits or valves bodies i could buy instead of doing the J-Mod? Or is there anyone who could do the J-mod for me? Im a little nervous that if i do the J-Mod myself im going to screw it up.
