Trans pan question

I just got my deep trans pan from max and I wanted to know if I need a longer filter to go with it or if a standard filter will work

i think you need the new filter
if I remember correctly

With the 98 trans I had, the filter below is what was in it and it had the deep pan. If this helps you any. I don't remember any part numbers.

You will need the 97-98 filter

Max, how much for a new deep pan, filter, 1-2 accumulator and 2-3 and springs. I am gonna be doing my J Mod next month. Thanks.

Thanks Max got the parts yesterday I couldn't remember if we talked about a filter or not. Lol. I can get that at the local parts house right?
