Trans fluid capacity? Converter and pan.

What is the capacity? I know on my 06 f150 it's like 14.5 quarts converter and pan. And it has the 4r70w. Is the marks like 13 even? Or so I looked it up on all data once before but can't remember.

I did mine and pretty sure it was 11 even.
