Tranny Oil

What kind of Tranny oil do you guys use???

My car just turned 40,000km, and I'm going to change the tranny oil.
Was thinking of going with synthetic oil, or should I just go to the dealership and get them to use factory oil.

I don't think you should use oil at all. You should use the recommended ATF

40,000 km/24,800 mi is a little early to change out the transmission fluid unless there are issues. You can go 96,500km/60,000 mi with no problem unless there are issues.

OEM transmission fluid is synthetic and I would stick with OEM, bite the bullet, and use a dealership because of special tool required to flush and refill, should run $130-$150.
