trade in the ls?

i just went for a ride in my buddy`s 2005 volvo s60r 6 spd. so :q:q:q:qing sick, it out perfomes the ls in everything. im thinking about buying one.

ne one got any suggestions on it?

i also have a friend that has one, says it the fastest, safest, smoothest ride he has ever had. i think they are four wheel drive with about 300 horsepower. he says its a weird 5 cyl engine. has all the extras such as electronic speed control, and all the stuff to keep you from spinning out of control. some say it spanks the bmw in its class.

They are sweet, I would love to get one myself. 6-speed, 300 HP and almost same in TQ I believe w/ AWD = great car. Course I would prefer it to be just rwd but awd is good in some cases. Not to mention they are beautiful looking cars.

If you get one, please post about it. I've looked at them a few times on the net and the specs look pretty good. Unfortunatly there are no Volvo dealers where I live, so I can't test drive one.

If you're looking new, wait--the 2007 model is supposed to have Volvo's new I6, which sounds like an incredible engine.

The S60R is incredable. I have run 2 Volvo track days in NJ, an older woman shows up (50+) in her S60R. She is awesome, I forget what numbers she put down but they were far better then my decently modded 760T. When she got back after her first run she was jumping up and down in excitment about ordering a new chip for it. Don't get my wrong I love the LS, but the S60R is was just built to do some things the LS wasn't.
