LOL

a little self-help here Bud, did you at all look up any of these DTC codes on the net? or was it just easier to plaster pics on an Autmotive form and let someone else figure it out for ya?

most that crap points to that you need to concern yourself about a proper tune up.
The Catalyst codes are "most likely" from raw fuel being dumped into the exhaust due to your misfiring.

The Misleading Nature of the PO42O Code - Eastern Manufacturing

Too much fuel does two things. First, the excess fuel entering the exhaust can coat the catalyst, cooling it as well as protecting the precious metals (which cause the catalytic reaction). This will last until the second problem happens: A spark enters the converter and ignites the fuel, at which point it turns into a secondary combustion chamber, destroying the catalyst

Looks to me, you may need to focus on new OEM coils, NGK plugs, fuel and air filter.

This LS a flood salvage?
Sure seems to have a ton of electrical "module" codes going on.

Clearing codes by means of resetting is not always the solution, however, take note of these DTC codes. Reset and try again, see which ones continuously return. Focus on eliminating the misfire and catalyst codes. Clear up the misfire and the O2 downstream sensors may start to play nice again if the CAT's are not already damaged. It's not the O2 Sensors themselves, there are doing their job by reporting as they should. I wouldn't be too quick to replace those sensors.
