You can get 9005 based HID kits a hell of a lot cheaper than that.

Avoid Ebay tuning kits. (especially those that make wild claims)

Edit: Just read the ad for that thing. LMFAO. Absolutely avoid!!! Absurd claims, skewed theory and... How many F*cking typos? Lol.
 
Anything performance related to our cars on ebay is a scam. Unless Geno, or one of our members has it for sale. The rotors are ok & the Hid's have to be modified. I was joking about the 80 HP's. You'll probably lose 280 HP, right after your motor blows up.
 
The HID's are 'plug and play' - they don't need to be modified.
 
Adapter rings for gen 2.

If the OP's (non LSC 95) has regular halogen headlights, then the 9005 kit will plug right in. Any related mods will be to the car itself, but such mods aren't absolutely necessary.
 
mafioso sell billet rings for the gen 2 and the gen 1 (lsc) housings.......which i am still waiting for him to get back to me on. I had to make my own rings to fit the hids in the gen 1 lsc housings! I think this chip or module is a crock of s*it imo! 200 hp...cmon! you barely get that from a supercharger on the marks!!

Yeah, if you still have halogen housings, then a cheap 9005 kit will plug right in. You may want / need to fix up your housings also. (polish lenses and re-chrome insides) - that goes for the OP too - HID kits are only half of the fix.
 
If the Top Dog terd was worth a :q:q:q:q we would all have one. Save your money and work your upgrades as you can afford. Clean up your intake & exhaust flow, upgrade ignition(coils/wires/plugs), JMOD your trans, get some gears, then worry about chips/tune.

pekin illinois.i miss texas lots of stuff to do there however i dont miss the heat or humidity.i hated waking up 7-8 clock in the morning and stepping outside and within the first few minutes sweating my azz off.
