picked up my tranny,t/c, headers (he actually cut the whole exhaust in 3 pcs wasn't expecting that),coil overs, springs, cpu, and the LCA i need for the "new" project so i can put the airbag in.the bolt that is holding the bag in just refuses to come out. soaked, heated, resoaked beaten with consecutively larger, heavier hammers, not 1 mm.got the door panels and headlightsand misc. trim. now time to concentrate on either, a) new rims-n-tires and to hub or not, b)start with cammed 03 mach 1 motor. the car already has rims,but they are 16x8 . i found 18x10/9 combo in mustang hub pattern for just over 1000 with rubber, delivered. or the other set really, really nice for 500 more.

what mufflers are those in the back of the tahoe?

Just joking with him. I am selling it to him for what I have in it. It's a strong runner that I bought from sancho20. I'm happy I could get him back on the road again. Jason is a good friend.
 
grrr i need a BOB mark im seeling mine to a friend in ATL and i need to find a replacement any ideas?
 
those are the lms mufflers. i already straightened the tipout and going to polish them the whole thing ican install myself with clamps if i want if i cut out 3rd cat. unless you want the mufflers 100+ ship their yours. the car runs and shifts flawless. mine was bob, was thinking of recovering seats with this grey/ black set i found and putting on the black door panels. i met or rather my buddy mikewho owns the resteraunt i used to run,his prep's dad has an upholstery shop he works at too said with material ican redo the whole inside for less than $500 and embroider the LMS cobrastar on the seat, too. but thats at the bottom of list. it needs rubber soon so i have to decide on rim/ tire.
waiting for temple or superpoop to ever get the black or come down from 210 for chrome,or offer 18 x 10 well you can get these for 40 more a piece..it says 20x 10 but the 18 x 10 will fit no prob.already talked to em 40 mm backspace on the 10 as long as you leave stock height out back with 295 40 18

. illprobably get the black chrome speedstars, i wanted the all black and the idea is to save so i can hub swap and get the combo i want for less than waiting.
 
Drive it just the way it is for now. It's reliable. Just get a couple of 225/60/16's and call it a day. That thing will run forever just the way it is.

i do, you can see them in the left corner of the pile.im going to do that when i drop the motor in all at once, im waiting on money for shortblock. the stock pistons have 3cc dish, im getting forged flattop, or at least thinking about it . have aviator heads, will cost 500 for the pair with new springs and to be gone over.then i either find low mile motor and swap heads or h said if i drop my cams, heads, and used block, for 1500 the shop will get the pistons, do the heads and assemble the motor. this guy built two motors vfor me backin the day, a 502 for my 74 2 dr impala custom and a 331 stroker trick flow headed 5.0 for my mustang HIM i trust.its just i cant find a reputable shop tp do the installs thats what keeps killing me being in this chair i used to do it all. i would even rebuild this motor if i had a place to do it i cleared a space in the garage three times for an engine stand and table and my damn stepfather cluttered it in 20 minutes. im better off this way, just taking my time over the next year,saving,getting each part done,then dropping it in.you saw the pic, brand new t/c and built trans just waiting.

how many times have we gone over this and i just wrote it I AM LEAVING IT ALONE FOR ABOUT A YEAR.when everything is done and ready, paid off and money in the bank THEN its GAME ON!:)
