I'd be interested in that for the looks, something to take up all that space at the bottom of the bumper. I've thought about it for some time. Might have to acquire a cheap used bumper to draw out and cut if I find a diffuser that would flow with the rear without looking gaudy.

what I will end up building will not be for looks, It will be for function, I hope it looks good when its down but it not something you put on your car just for fun.
