I REALLY need them now. I went to get my tires balanced yesterday and 5 minutes after I dropped off the car they called me and said they were so bald it wasn't worth it. This being my newly rotated tires and my fronts are bald as hell.

I really want the Dunlop Sport Signature 235/50/17 but am having a hard time finding a dealer within a reasonable distance. I only need 2 tires, and on Tirerack.com I can grab em for $290 shipped with road hazard. How much are mounting costs these days?

Tireplus quoted me $334 for 2 tires, mounting and balancing and will match and beat any competitors pricing by at least $5 a tire, not bad at all!

Find out more information about how they balance the wheels. Some places have older machines and only balance the wheels up to a certain speed. Like 60mph or something, or the electronics aren't sensitive enough to pick up the vibrations. Newer balancing machines can pick up vibrations at lower rpms or are able to spin the wheels faster which ensures the wheels will be balanced at high speeds like 100+.

It may cost more, but in my opinion it is worth it.

Well, since I cant afford separate winter and summer tires... yet. I'm looking for a great all season mounted and balanced for under $334. I just need 2 now and Im going to literally beat the sh*t out of the ones on there right now.

From what I looked into, the Dunlop SP Sport Signature are basically the platinum tire in my range... on tirerack anyways.

If I can get them shipped for a fair price, where I work can mount and balance for like $20 a tire or something. So maybe $300 shipped? I don't want the cheapest thing but I can't afford a friggin Yokohama or Hankook.
